These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the hewnwellness.com.au website ("Website") and any purchase of products from hewn. ("we", "our", "us"). By using this Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or purchase our products.
2. Products and pricing
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing on our Website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website are error-free.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product packaging and appearance may vary slightly from what is shown on the Website.
3. Orders and payment
When you place an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the products and send you a shipping confirmation email.
We accept payment via:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Afterpay / Zip (subject to their own terms and conditions)
All payment processing is handled securely by Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card details.
4. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to addresses within Australia. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from Brisbane, Queensland.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from our Website passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns page.
5. Returns, refunds and guarantees
60-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on your first order of each flavour. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. You do not need to return the product. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases of each flavour only; subsequent orders of an already-refunded flavour are not eligible.
Change of mind returns
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
Damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at support@hewnwellness.com.au with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7. Subscriptions
If you subscribe to receive recurring deliveries of our products, the following terms apply:
- Subscription orders are charged automatically at the frequency you select (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days)
- You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
- Changes to your subscription must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge date
- There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees
- Subscription pricing may change with notice; you will be notified before any price increase takes effect on your next order

You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Website. Prohibited behaviour includes:
- Using the Website in any way that breaches any applicable Australian or international law or regulation
