Shipping

Delivery options

All orders are dispatched from Brisbane within 1-2 business days. We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location. Remote areas may take an additional 2-3 business days.

Order tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it's dispatched. You can track your delivery at any time through Australia Post or your courier's website.

International shipping

We don't currently ship internationally, but it's on our roadmap. If you'd like to be notified when we expand, drop your email on our homepage and we'll let you know.

Returns & Refunds

Our 60-day guarantee

We believe in hewn. enough to let you try it risk-free. If you're not completely satisfied within 60 days of your purchase, we'll refund you in full. You don't even need to return the product.

This applies to your first order of each flavour. If you've already tried and been refunded for a specific flavour, subsequent orders of that flavour are not eligible for the guarantee.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at hello@drinkHEWN.com.au with your order number.
2. Let us know which product you'd like a refund for (no explanation required).
3. We'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong product, please email us at hello@drinkHEWN.com.au with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost - no need to return the damaged product.

Change of mind

If you haven't opened the product and would like to return it, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once we receive the returned product, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Good to Know

Australian Consumer Law

Our return policy does not limit or override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's supposed to, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of our policy terms. For more information, visit the ACCC website.

Subscription orders

If you're on a subscription, you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time through your account dashboard. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees. Changes need to be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it for a small reshipping fee. If you notice an address error after placing your order, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
